How are products made?
Products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients by owner Jamacia "Macy" Williams. Surfaces are equipment are cleaned and/or sanitized prior to production.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may order directly from the site with a credit/debit card. You may also choose an alternative payment method at checkout and send payment to:

No order will be shipped until payment is received.
Do you offer pickup/drop off?
Only local pickup (Louisville, Prospect, Jeffersontown, New Albay, IN, Clarksville, IN, Jefffersonville, IN) at a public place is available at this time. An additional $10 charge will apply for any pickups outside of Louisville, KY at time of receipt. Please coordinate pickup time/date/location with the owner within 24 hours of placing your order. You may designate your order as a pickup at time of online checkout and will not be charged.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow seven days to process your order. If products are not already in stock, they will need to be made to order.
Orders within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). You will be provided a tracking number via email after your order is dropped off at the post office.
For international orders, you will be contacted individually by the owner for a shipping timeline. You will also be provided with a tracking number via email.
What if my order is damaged during shipment?
Please send your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com. Your item will be replaced at no cost to you.
Why is my product melted?
Body butters and some other oil-based items are sensitive to heat and may melt depending on shipping conditions. These orders will be shipped in insulated packing and be shrink-wrapped to prevent spillage. If your order melts before arriving to you, you can refrigerate the product to return it to a solid consistency.
What if I want to make a return/exchange?
Return and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an error with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I place a wholesale order?
Wholesale inquiries can be sent to email@example.com. You will be provided with a wholesale price list. (You must order a minimum of 6 of the same item for wholesale pricing to apply.)
